Advertising video: I'm trying to get John Tran to edit this for me a little more and then we can start using it. It would be neat to store the video on our smartphones or ipad (if we have one) to show people when advertising or asking for donations.

Mariska: Sarah from Doernbecher's foundation called, she'll get back to me no later than this week with approval information.
ReplyDeleteI asked if they're able to help us promote the event and she said she'll run that by management to see how much they can promote it. She said it'll be fine to put up posters on approve student bulletin at OHSU campus. Very exciting to hear they'll help promote the event!

ReplyDeletePosters: depends on the price. I was thinking of doing postcards as handouts like last year and doing more of those like a 1,000. I would like to do as many posters as we can. Once you get a price, let me know and we can go from there.
Doernbecher: That is so awesome that they will help promote our event!! Another place that we placed flyers is down in the new medical plaza at OHSU where the tram starts. I can even do this location again since I go there sometimes.
